In 2005 he presented his dissertation <em>Strukturmekanik &amp; arkitektur. Om strukturmekanisk f\u00f6rst\u00e5else i gestaltnings-processen<\/em> (Structural mechanics &amp; architecture. On the understanding of structural mechanics in the process of shaping).\u00a0His research profile is mainly aimed at concepts and forms for representation of engineering systems in the building design process. This includes interaction between architects and engineers, conceptual thinking, digital tools in the conceptual design phase, and range from architectural conservation to design of new buildings.
